Relationship vs. Religion

1. A relationship is to know Christ as Lord. (20:41-44)

               *Believe in who Christ is and what He has done

               *Trust in and surrender to Him as Lord

2. A religion is more concerned about impressing people. (20:45-47)

               *Lives for self (flesh)

               *Focuses on man, not God

               *Comes with a greater condemnation
